I'm sure they're basing the pricing entirely on the proximity to Times Square (in all fairness there are lots of hotels marketed as TSQ but in reality are very far away), but IMO the location is awful. I'd much rather be 10 blocks further north or 5 blocks further south.



The hotel itself is tiny. The top of the building probably doesn't reach the lobby of the PHNY.
