Hahaha, no not against BA. Only 1 against BA and it was not a 261 one.
Only 3 have been airline related, but IME MCOL is a great way to get justice.
Actually technically it was 15 MCOL's and 1 Scottish MCOL which is called the Simple Procedure as the Defendant Company was HQ'd in Scotland (equally as easy process and only 19 quid).
