Worst Flight: QF MEL-AKL delayed by 7 hours

Most Dissappointing Hotel: Chancellor James Cook Wellington, very dismal service in restaurants/bars

Most Dissappointing Flight: KL C HEL-AMS-BCN, too high expectations I guess for a business class flight, lousy food, mediocre service

Best Hotel Upgrade: Saville Perth, a wonderful 2 bedroom suite

Best In-Flight Meal: 'Light Dinner' on MH F AKL-KUL, a fabulous feast!

Worst In-Flight Meal: some kind of vegetarian pasta on LH FRA-HEL, truly disgusting!

Best Hotel: Hotel Kastania, Petersdorf, Fehmarn, Germany: a great unpretentious small friendly hotel

Best Lounge: MH F KUL, a truly fabulous lounge

Worst Lounge: LH SEN FRA, a joke pretending to be a first class lounge!

Most Dissappointing Travel Experience: missing NZ F lounges in AKL & SYD due to TG mess-up

Most Unusual Travel Experience: Having a Swiss person in Geneva thinking that New Zealand is in Scandinavia

Craziest Thing Done for Miles: 'scenic route' HEL-CPH-HAM-ZRH

Best Travel Experience: Fehmarn Island, Germany - very relaxed & friendly and very German in a good way
