Have an award ticket on Emirates. Cancelled two days before departure and submitted the refund form. Got my tax and fees refund back to my credit card in a week but never get my 115,000 Miles redeposit to my skywards account. Called customer service twice already and each time they said it will show up within 48 hours but it never shows up. What should I do now? Why it is so hard for Emirates to refund miles? Already 18 days since I cancelled my award ticket.
