Hotel only bookings with Avios not working on ba.com
Has anyone tried going onto BA executive club in the last few months to book a hotel only with Avios points, and seen the message telling you that you can't do this online at the moment, and to call their call centre?
I am going in circles and can't get anyone from BA to help, keep getting fobbed off. I've now raised a complaint, but in the meantime thought I'd ask the FF community?
