After Alpha & Omikron, i am always weary of hotels with stuffy rooms or wonky heating / ac : air quality is indeed a factor!

Grey / grey / grey : all one shade and not 50 of those : makes the room look a morgue....

Sorry you had such a stay, but really appreciate you writing in to warn us all!
