Your general reaction though is right. Looks like the transcons are flying pretty empty right now. PLTs, maybe even GLDs, are probably clearing.

Any upgrades before gate control are not on the list. But still, a typical business upgrade list on transcon at peak times (like Thursday evening) is 10-20 people IME.
