An Air France business class ticket will always include lounge access for the ticketholder only.

Only those lucky enough to be travelling in Air France La Première (international longhaul First Class) may bring one guest into the lounge on the basis of class of travel.
A Business Class ticket includes no such guesting privileges.
When you are travelling in any other class apart from La Première, it is a passenger's status in a frequent flyer programme - and NOT their class of travel - that allows bringing a guest into the lounge. I'm not aware of any airline anywhere in the world allowing a passenger to bring a guest into the lounge merely on the basis that the passenger holds a business class ticket - but it's certainly not possible on Air France.
The only thing that would allow you to bring a guest into the lounge when travelling on an AF J ticket is having the relevant status level in a Skyteam frequent flyer programme on the date of travel.
