However, TMA, the seaplane operator has the last word on flight schedules and CR also gets to know the next day's schedule on the previous night only.
Our flight out of MLE day before was at 1205 and we left CR at 1050, reaching the seaplane terminal in MLE by 1025 or so. The CR rep who received us wasn't really concerned and said there is enough time for us to go through security and immigration. And he was right because despite the immigration queue being perhaps 100-deep, we were well in time for our flight.
As and when you share your departure flight details with CR, they should be able to tell you if you will need to spend a night in MLE or not.
Thanks for sharing . I am not sure why the email states 3:00 - 3:00pm . However, in my email reply back to Conrad, I request my flight back to Male airport ~ 4:00pm - 4:30pm and no later than that time. Let see if my request is granted . in my opinion 5:00pm departure from CR is a good time for us, because our flight home is late in the evening .

My flight will landed at ~ 7:00am , does anyone here know what time I will get on the seaplane to Conrad .

By the way, I sent an email reply back with my arrival time and date. I do not know, why I keep receiving email asking again for the same thing. That make me wonder if my email is not read by the same person who has tried to contact me . This is the email address which I sent my reply back to CR "mlehi.maldives@conradhotels" .
