Hi everyone, I booked an EY award ticket (edit: I) for AUH-PVG in April. Just got notified today that the departure time was changed from 01:20 to 21:45 the previous day. Since it's a date change + more than three hours, what options do I have? I've been eyeing a different EY flight two days later for AUH-PKX, so same destination country but a different city. The problem is this flight doesn't seem to have any partner business award space left. Can I use this involuntary change to ask the AC agent to rebook me on that AUH-PKX flight? Thanks!
