Hello,

This has been a very difficult process to transfer my Amex points to ANA, no other program has been so difficult and racist at the same time.

According to ANA and AMEX, the name doesn't match, so every time I initiate a transfer from Amex to ANA it gets refunded back to my Amex account.
I have one first name and two last names. ANA has the last name as BBBCCC and AMEX is BBB CCC, so there is a space between them, is that the issue?
Has anyone gotten this issue resolved? any advice? I don't want to change it to BBBCCC on Amex just for ANA what if it impacts my other transfer account?
