May is still the official official but they are trying to get an early March opening which based on what I saw is totally doable. They could probably achieve a Feb opening if they felt the staff was up to par and all the inspections were finished. They were going through extensive training while I was there and a couple teams of inspectors were onsite as well. It is 99.9% completed from my perspective.
