Does PBI have one? Flying out 6 am in a couple of weeks. Haven't been to PBI in a few years but if I remember correctly all the rental car places are a bit of a distance by bus to the airport. All the places I have seen open at 5am or later with no place to drop off the cars since the lots are fenced off...suggestions?
