I put my money on them rebranding to 'Westjet Sun'.. only with less service, worse OTP and higher prices than Ryanair's old iteration of the Sun brand.
I do agree that customers who vow to never give a company their money will end up doing so eventually, whether it's due to cost, monopoly, or any number of other reasons. The immediate anger/frustration rarely ends up as a long term grudge that is held on to.
