I’ve recently booked a Singapore Air flight via the AirNZ website (noticeably cheaper!). The booking ref works fine on the ANZ website but I can’t seem to use it on the SQ website and I want a better view of seat selection (it says flight is in the past or has been cancelled).
Is this normal? I thought booking references were global rather than airline specific?
The SQ booking reference is on AirNZ’s PDF e-ticket emailed to you (against the flights concerned). You need to use that.
