I’ll borrow this thread. I have a case where I have an award HEL-LIS, and bought a separate ticket LIS-FNC. Now AY changed the schedule of HEL-LIS (several hours) so the LIS-FNC won’t work anymore. I understand I am on my own here, but could I ask AY to rebook to the previous day? And does there need to be award space then on the previous day as well?
