The piss-poor transit situation is part of the reason they have trouble recruiting labor (see other discussion with Globehopper).
IE, Theres a large labor pool in Jersey City but no direct bus, so it would take over an hour to get to the airport. The 62 serves Newark and Elizabeth but is extremely unreliable. The 37 is ok. They just cut frequencies on the Go28 and 67.
No one wants to wait 20 minutes in the rain to take a slow bus to have to go through security to clock into a job that pays about the same as a business down the street.
But PA is so focused on parking revenue they dont care.
