Agree with most of your points. Especially the boarding experience. Somehow AA manages to cock up a simple process spectacularly.

I find this surprising right now. AA's Asia presence is extremely weak since COVID. JL is getting back to normal, but CX is a shell of it's former self; CZ similar. Really QR is the only one that's still going strong. AY's asia routes are gutted. S7 got kicked out. Meanwhile AA metal only goes to NRT, HND, ICN, DOH and TLV.
RJ is also available, but they are and always have been smaller. MH and UL are in perpetual various stages of tragic collapse.

While SCs are better than ACs, the FL is a whole paradigm shift above the SC.
