I'm currently still in the US, so i have not tried reloading yet but i do remember it working the last time when i funded my account (years ago).
My use case is a little different, i do use the app to pay for parking and such since i drive around in Msia. Then some merchants have deals if you pay using e-wallet.
Interesting because that's not what the customer service rep said. I guess this is a good tradeoff for expiring in 7 years vs 10. However, it does mean I have to buy a new card. I'm guessing if there is still a balance, I'll have to find a way to transfer old balance to a new card in 7 years?
So do you have the old card or the new card then?
