Chances are close to zero.
BA protects its revenue by not allowing people to become accustomed to upgrading at the last minute. Especially on a route like MLE where a certain % of passengers are otherwise inclined to pay to fly in F.
But it never hurts to keep checking back - there might also be a POUG offer online.
