This is what I entered to get it to come up in ITA Matrix. The date I booked for isn't available at that price anymore, but you should be able to find plenty of availability on other dates in August and September. The only inherent date restrictions for the fare are that the westbound transatlantic sector has to be on a Tue/Wed/Thu and the eastbound on a Mon/Tue/Wed. You also generally need availability in I class on the transcon sector, which is limited if you're flying to/from LAX. Availability to/from SFO is much better.

As I mentioned, the booking agent was able to get me booked onto a BA flight number from LAX-LAS by shifting me onto an AS flight.

If you needed more Tier Points you could add on more stops on the return leg, but as this routing was sufficient to get 1500 TPs, I didn't bother going via HEL both ways. It's a little bit above the MPM so you do pay a slight premium for doing so (not to mention the hotel cost).
