Concierge Services: Fees
Via email, I enlisted the help of the concierge at one of Tokyo's luxury hotels for booking specialized experiences/tours. The concierge has quoted a price of X Yen + 15% handling charge. Is such a handling charge typical in Tokyo for concierge services?
