Crazy slow and corrupt booking
Changed a flight that was fully flexi. To later today. Got confirmation of change on email. App has not updated and now can no longer access on app. Need to call CC. Not sure if an App issue or a general issue. But was all on app. So I’ll blame that.
Was in the lounge for a good 5 minutes before “order coffee” was showing on app and had to wait to scan into lounge as boarding pass had not loaded !
