I'm OW Sapphire, and according to the OW lounge finder I'll have access to the following lounges at T3:
- AA Admirals Club Lounge
- BA Galleries Club Lounge
- CX Business Class Lounge
- QF Business Class Lounge

Which one is the best? I'm guessing CX and QF, but I may be wrong.
Have you checked the opening hours relative to your departing flight?
