Full kitchen, living area, HUUUUGE decks. Most units have 3 BRs with king beds - we were lucky enough to get the few they had with one bedroom having 2 beds, but they are in great demand. They don't do rollaways, but they will give you air mattresses if the kids are amenable to the adventure.

It's worh a comparison before you make a decision.
Got some pricing for Ho'Olei in July and it works out to be cheaper doing 2 rooms in the hotel for the week, when comparing Garden View rooms. 2 rooms all-in (with resort fees, tax, and the 30% Elite Member rate discount) is $19k for the week. For the 3-bedroom condo (which only gets the 20% discount) it's $24k. Even if the 30% discount applied, it still only gets it down to $22K.

In running all the numbers, one thing that stood out is how much of an impact the 30% discount has on the room tax. At 17.41% (14.5% state + 3% local tax), it knocks off another $1k in taxes for the 2 rooms.
