A few months ago I made an Avios booking with ba. JAL flight HND to BKK in June.
I haven't thought any more about it until I decided to add the booking to CheckMyTrip tonight. It wouldn't work by keying in the PNR so I emailed them and that was also rejected.
I am now more concerned.
What's my best option? It has an e-ticket number.
