I am BA gold so one world emerald. I was traveling srilankan airways and was leaving KHI last week traveling to london. Traveling Business class which had an allowed baggage limit of 40kg. But one world emeralds also have me additional allowance my total baggage was 47 kgs. My details of BA were correctly entered in their system too. The staff at karachi airport refused to allow me the excess amount. I had to wait for an hour for their manager to come and surprisingly the manager was also ignorant. After an hour , the manager allowed me only as a personal favor.
whom should I compliant to? Is there a one world complaint address because BA says that I need to complaint to srilankan and srilankan airlines itself was the one denying my the allowed limit.
