Today is Day One of them leaving IHG. As far as I can see, this was an unannounced change and starting today, they're on new computer systems.
IHG allowed me to make a reward certificate reservation less than a week ago and I'm in customer service limbo now as I try to cancel the stay. IHG is saying they can't access the hotel's system and AKA says they can't see the reservation.
What was the resolution (if any) on this? It's too bad to see a property leaving, especially since this leaves IHG with just two properties in the core of Boston. However, I always thought the Nine Zero was a bit of an odd fit for Kimpton. (Same for the Onyx that is now part of Hilton.)
