MHC then refused to make it right by securing a second room or paying the hotel for an upgrade to a larger suite and left me scrambling a week before my trip. They eventually got me 2 connecting rooms at a different hotel, but it made for a stressful experience and I felt the onus was on me to come up with a solution because Hyatt/MHC refused to pay for their mistake. An email to Consumer Affairs about the ordeal was also brushed away. You may have more faith in your MHC/Hyatt to make it right. To be honest I wasn't really worried about my issue when it first presented itself either because the MHC had been unequivocal that my party size and reservation was confirmed and I had faith they would figure out a way to accommodate me in a satisfactory manner. Turns out my faith was misplaced so be careful.
Wow, that's concerning. How long ago was your ordeal?
I'll reach out to the property. Thanks
