Well here is a new one.
Amex Plat ticket purchased. Credit received on AX.
FF Jan 4, cancelled refundable ticket for eCredit to apply to a future flight.
Today, Notified they are refunding to AX credit card.
OH NO!!! I don't want a cash or credit card refund, just an eCredit.
What can I do? Is this the new norm?
