I would not count on that. When Chase Sapphire Reserve launched the card, many years ago it was with a 100K offer. I don't believe it's ever hit that level again. It was recently at 80K, but I think that is as high as it's been since the initial launch. New card launches often have the most generous offers.
So, the "good time" to have gotten the card was at launch when it was 100K plus the $200 AirBnB (aka vacation credit). I wouldn't count on seeing that offer again anytime soon. The fact that they already killed the restaurant feature of their Priority Pass is an indicator that they are needing to control their costs on this product.
