Don’t check laptops
We just flew these flights and had zero issues with our laptops in carry on:

YEGYYC AC
YYCLHR AC
LHRCPG SK
BUDIST Turkish
ISTCAI-CAISSH-SSHCAI-CAI-CAICDG (Egypt Air)
CDGYYZ AC
YYZYEG AC

So, ummm, don’t put laptops in checked luggage.
