Assuming you have boarding pass for your onward sq j flight, you can access lounge upon arrival in Changi as it less than 24hrs till your next flight (you have the choice between the ones in T2 and T3). You might wish to consider the one in T3 for part of your stay but do not it can get packed from 9:30 pm onwards due to the evening sq and star departures.
FYI, changi should be able to route your luggage (can be done at one of their transfer desks), should AY not be able to check through.
