I’ve submitted the missing miles forms. Several time I’ve chatted. They’ve escalated. They say all I can do is wait for my miles to be confirmed from hotels.com. I even called hotels.com and they said, as predicted, that they can only deal with miles queries submitted from Delta. Does anyone have a suggestion about what to do about my missing hotel miles? It was the standard 2 miles per dollar offer. Both hotels were in Sydney, AUS. Everything about the transactions were standard. Yes, I included my Skymiles account when I made the reservations. I appreciate any advice.
