They’re extremely busy people booking UA because it’s the nonstop option (some are wise enough to love the Polaris seat) but almost none are booking on book or GS qualification. It’s a small subset of people with FT and other such AvGeeking like we do who really pay this kind of attention.
Don't agree at all -- when a company treats its best customers like they are dumb / ignorant / over-entitled -- as you imply -- it's a recipe for disaster.... Yes there are many GS via designation that don't appreciate what they have -- but to suggest that is the majority is a bridge too far... Just because someone isn't posting here doesn't mean they don't understand the benefits of their status....
