Comments: Great upgrade. Unfortunately the penthouse does not have elevators and it was pretty difficult to haul my large luggage to the second floor. It is the best value upgrade I have ever had, albeit only for one night.

Comments: Got concierge lounge access. Did not really use it. Alcohol seems not complimentary? Had enough booze in the YUL Maple Leaf Lounge anyway. Did not enjoy free breakfast either due to an early morning flight the next morning. Weird that the chat agent denied my upgrade early that day, but arrived upgraded. Not sure how it worked.

Comments: It got an extra TV and a nice sofa. Otherwise not much difference from a King Guest Room. But a suite is a suite. Same as above: the chat agent denied my upgrade early that day, but arrived upgraded. Not sure how it worked.
