I’ve been staying at Setai ever since it opened. Since 2020 I’ve logged in at least 20 stays and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I’m in SoBe. I have stayed at Faena and while their food & beach are superior, I can’t get over their interiors (gaudy lobby, mental institution hallways).

Setai has done a complete 180 with service at least 5 years ago and of course it helps being a return guest (with a coveted not-for-sale sweatshirt bestowed on select few. I’m being sarcastic. Kind of) but I have always been fond of its interiors and rooms (with preference for the suites in the residential tower). I think they are the best bet in SoBe. Curious to check out Aman once it opens but Setai has become a place I look forward to coming back to every few months and judging by the number of same faces (guests) I see there, I’m far from the only one.
