I don't believe there's anyone selected to start up the new Amex Offers 2023, so anyone can, including yourself.

So, just start a new thread entitled "Amex Offers 2023" and then post a link to that thread in this 2022 thread. And somebody can copy/paste the wiki over to the 2023 thread. That's just my guess on how I would do it.
