I broke the app/web page?

I just booked a bunch of stays from Hilton to Choice due to some post COVID outrageous pricing and did involve quite a few cancellations as well on some changes for status throughout the year. Now, none of my stays show either in upcoming or past. The app spins and the website mentions customer service, which I did and they claim an escalation team is looking over this. I simply think I made too many bookings and changes and now I can't see any stays, which is obviously problematic as I keep track via the app and not email confirmations, which I have received but again, am not sure which are valid due to many changes. Has anyone else had this issue before?
