The information you're conveying is simply wrong.
There's plenty of PN available to Japan from LAX & SFO this summer.
What I'm seeing actually supports the hypothesis that UA is creating meaningful separation between GS and 1K.
I'm finding ample PN but no PZ. IMO, this is why UA doesn't want GS gifting PPs.
Here is the availability for you. You'll find it on July 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13...and then I stopped looking!
If it works out, all I'd request is a small bottle of Suntory in return
