Is there a way to book a BA holiday (flight plus hotel) for 2, with one travelling economy and one in business?

I've been unable to get through to the BA Holiday line so far so thought I'd ask the wisdom on here

Also is there a way to confirm which class of ticket the flights are booking into? I can't seem to see anything in a dummy booking right up to the payment page
