Since the *A lounge (now branded as Safra Bank) opened in GRU, I have exclusively used it. This past trip, I decided to try the Amex lounge (which I used to frequent when it was on the domestic side many years ago). Also, a few years ago I had a chance to try the Admirals lounge but did not, and wanted to make sure I tried the AX at least once.

The AX lounge was busy--a little too busy and dense--but was comfortable enough. Where I sat the lights were a little bright and emitted too much heat. I normally do not drink alcohol but had a caiprinha after someone recommended it. Then I got a 2nd. The food was very good, and the showers were satisfactory. Though I like the *A bc there is much more space--both in regular seating (and the showers)--AX is a good enough alternative.
