One piece of paper, with both flights on one sheet. You can also use the App, but the email will trigger you to do this. In my experience it will be at LIS they will check the vaccine paper work, they have Tensas all around the USA flights and security agents redeployed to go through that and your CBP Attestation. You can bring your own attestation already filled in, or fill out one available from agents wandering around. I doubt they will check in DUB.
