My partner and I had an awful stay at a Four Seasons resort in Africa (I will refrain from naming the resort!) during which my partner was harassed by a member of staff.

We have complained to the hotel/resort and they have taken some action in regards to the member of staff, but we feel extremely unsatisfied with how elements of it have been handled. I spoke to the resort manager earlier today and I was quite shocked by his tone. It was very defensive bordering on argumentative.

I'm looking to speak to someone higher up and outwith of that particular resort. Does anyone know who might be the person to speak to now (an email address perhaps) at Four Seasons corporate?
