I've seen that kind of line when people try to get in using AmEx Plat and need it explained to them that no, the American Airlines Admirals club is not the American Express Centurion lounge. Seems to happen at Miami D30 more than other places (maybe because D15 lounge is closer to the Centurion?). The lounge is usually not crowded once you get inside.
