I feel lucky in getting a spot next week. After seeing your recommendation here, I emailed them last week asking how to reserve for one person. Wasn't too hopeful since I was asking about two weeks from my preferred dates. They replied that there was one spot left in Jan and it was preemptively reserved for me, subject to a prompt reply.

What would you recommend from the menu? Sort of leaning towards the degustation course but not sure if that's too much pizza for one person.
