My wife and I have a one week stay at the PH Tokyo mid next month that I used a SUA on. Unfortunately they only had a twin park suite available. Is it common for the hotel to upgrade a globalist further beyond the standard suite to one with a king in this situation? Is it possible for them to push the two twin beds together if not? Certainly not expecting any upgrades, but it would definitely be a nice surprise.
