Have now spoken with QR Privilege Club on the phone, unfortunately the supervisor has confirmed that I am not able to "double upgrade" using Avios from Y to F, only one class upgrade is possible @clsdn It would be good to know if you had actual experience of successfully getting a double upgrade and what were the conditions of success?
