1/9 - purchased ticket using gc, remaining $206.65 charged to card
1/10 - $206.65 charge posted as additional collection
1/14 - $200 reimbursed (amex airline fee reimbursement)
I never got a chance to check the meter move, but the benefits page currently shows "Congratulations, you’ve received $200 of your Airline Fee credit benefit this year!".
