Additional question on Changi in case anyone sees this and knows Changi well…

What is the process to get from T1 to T4? I would like to check out all the OW lounges before a late flight on CX.

is it a bus then transfer to a train ? Should I wak to T3 then grab a bus ? Little confused how it works

Also can I enter at T1 so I only have to make the T1/T4 trip one time not both ways ? I will not have any bags to check but I remember reading some issues entering at T1 w a non T1 BP.
